Farmhouse Coffee Table Makeover!

Current redo project…. A few weeks ago I rescued this sad circa 80’s coffee table from a local yard sale. While it’s not technically vintage, I thought I could salvage some parts of it and bring it new life. I began by removing the top framing. The glass was already gone. The top and side supports are not hardwood, but particle board with a veneer finish. Once I removed the top, I found the framing was wobbly and in need of replacing.
As a a complete renovation, I brought the handy husband into the project and he built me some new supports for the side and center. The bottom is chalk painted country white, with two center supports. The top is stained weathered gray and roughed in all the right places, then sealed for a long lasting finish.
This piece – $80.00
